Screw Cuba, let all the cubans in Miami that waive their cuban flags and protest that America isn't giving them enough money, send money to their families.
If Florida had goten hit would any other country, especially Cuba send anything or even pick up the phone. Not a chance.

im sure they do want it but it is humilliating to be outcast from a world and then looked at as if they need our help. by accepting our help they would be saying that they need america ( the country that cut them off from such a huge part of the world) just to funtion as a nation it self.
if they accept our help they are accepting defeat and they may as well just become a commonwealth of america, or even a state.
